Charlotte Austin

Charlotte Austin is a CIPD qualified HR professional currently serving as Director of HR at Gartner. They possess extensive experience in performance management, employee relations, and early careers development, having previously worked as HR Business Partner and Associate Director at Gartner. Prior to their current role, Charlotte held various HR positions at CEB and other organizations, where they managed employee queries, recruitment processes, and general HR administration. They have a First Class Honours degree in Business Management from the University of Surrey and continue their education at BPP University.
