Chelsea Wagenaar

Chelsea Wagenaar is an accomplished Senior Program Manager at Gartner, with expertise in managing global training and engagement programs within the Research & Advisory division. Since November 2019, Chelsea has collaborated with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to tailor learning curricula that meet community needs. Prior to Gartner, Chelsea held various roles at Edelman Financial Services from June 2014 to October 2019, including Planner Resources Analyst, where responsibilities included managing company-wide programs and coordinating planner training and onboarding. Chelsea's career began with a Human Resources internship, providing support in new hire orientation and recruitment processes. Chelsea holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and Sociology, with a minor in Social Justice, from the University of Mary Washington.
