Emily Koch

Emily Koch is the Managing Vice President of HR Systems at Gartner, where they focus on leading organizational transformation through strategic analysis and stakeholder collaboration. Prior to their current role, Koch served as the Head of People Operations and Analytics at Citadel and held various leadership positions at BNY Mellon, including Director of Workforce Planning and Head of People Analytics. They also managed product operations at Caleres, Inc., and contributed to consulting engagements and client solutions at PTC. Koch holds a Master of Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Art History from The University of Georgia.
