Starting as a Human Resources Intern at Launch That, Erin developed systems for employee document management and participated in recruitment and marketing initiatives. At Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, Erin excelled as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, managing full-cycle recruitment for over 500 positions and enhancing the candidate experience. Subsequently, Erin advanced to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and demonstrated leadership in training new recruits.
