Geoffrey Campen

Geoffrey Campen is the Managing Vice President at Gartner, where they lead teams in delivering insights to help marketers and communicators enhance their companies' performance. Previously, Geoffrey served as Vice President of Customer Experience Measurement at JPMorgan Chase, focusing on analytics and voice of customer metrics. Geoffrey has also held roles at The Reinvestment Fund, Murex Investments, and Chase Card Services, and contributed as an advisor for EtanCol and an adjunct professor at Universidad EAFIT. They hold a degree from Temple University, Fox School of Business and Management.
