Hadya A. is an experienced professional in program management and research, with a focus on inclusion and social impact. As a Sr. Inclusion Program Manager at Gartner from March 2022 to February 2025, Hadya partnered with executive leadership to enhance the Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy, achieving a significant increase in associate engagement and charity-giving.
