Hemant Adhikari

Hemant Adhikari is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and analytics across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Group Vice President and Head of Pay-Per-Lead Business, Strategy & Analytics at Gartner since May 2017, Hemant oversees cross-functional teams and drives the strategic direction of the Pay-Per-Lead Business. Previously, as Managing Vice President of Strategy, Operations, and Business Analytics at Gartner Digital Markets, Hemant led long-term strategic planning and corporate development, as well as managed overall business performance. Hemant's background includes roles at Facebook as Senior Manager of Sales Operations, Hewlett Packard Enterprise managing strategy and planning for the Enterprise Group, and as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Hemant began a career in engineering with AMD and holds a PhD in Nanotechnology from Stanford University, an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a B.Tech. in Materials Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
