Joe Trejo

Joe Trejo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within technology and service delivery. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Research & Advisory at Gartner since July 2025, Joe has previously held significant positions including Cyber Professional & Managed Services Pre-Sales Manager at Rockwell Automation, where management of specialized teams and client engagement was key. Prior to that, Joe was a Senior Service Delivery Lead at NTT DATA Services, focusing on project management and client satisfaction, and served as a Sales Service Line Executive at IBM, leveraging technical expertise to enhance client solutions. Joe holds a degree in Mechatronic Engineering from Universidad del Valle de México and a certification in Asset Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
