Karen Dillon Gifford

Karen Dillon Gifford is a seasoned product and project management professional with a strong background in SaaS-based UX and research products. Currently serving as an Ambassador for the Gartner Peer Community since January 2024, Karen participates in peer-led discussions and knowledge exchange among senior business and technology professionals. As a Contractor in Product Management and Project Management since June 2023, Karen leads strategic initiatives focused on growth and innovation. Previously, Karen held the position of Director of Product at UserTesting from August 2018 to June 2023, where responsibilities included defining product vision and strategy while leading the development of the product roadmap. Prior roles also include Sr. Product Manager at UserZoom and various consulting positions, showcasing expertise in product planning, customer insights, and market strategies. Karen holds a BS in Business with a focus on Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
