Kayla Velnoskey

Kayla Velnoskey is the Director of HR Research at Gartner, where they leverage their background in psychology and neuroscience to transform research on HR challenges into actionable solutions that enhance workplace wellbeing. They previously held positions as Director of Research at Dumbstruck, Inc. and Principal Researcher at Gartner. Kayla's experience includes examining bilingual processing with fMRI at the University of Maryland Center for Advanced Study of Language, along with various research roles in cognitive psychology, including managing a psychology lab. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park and a Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology from Yale University.
