Ken Onoda is currently the Director for APAC and Japan in Client Services at Gartner, where they lead the regional client service division and report to both the VP at headquarters and the President of the Japan office. Previously, Ken served as the Director for Japan and North Asia, and also held the position of Manager of Client Services at Gartner from 2014 to 2024. Prior to their tenure at Gartner, Ken worked as a Manager at Microsoft from 2000 to 2009. Ken earned a degree in Computer Science from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island between 1988 and 1992.
