Previously, Laura served as a Senior Principal in Research at Gartner and gained experience as an Associate Editor at Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine, covering various personal finance topics. With a background as a correspondent for Business Week and Bloomberg, Laura has reported on international finance and economic policy. They hold a BA in English and Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master's in Journalism from Northwestern University.
