Michael O'Reilly serves as the Managing Vice President of People Analytics at Gartner since January 2025, where responsibilities include leading the enterprise People Analytics strategy and enhancing workforce intelligence through AI-driven solutions. Prior to Gartner, Michael held the position of Head of Global Data & Analytics at Ralph Lauren, overseeing the integration of AI and machine learning across various functions. Michael’s experience also includes serving as VP of Analytics Technology & Development at Diageo, where global analytics strategies were implemented, and as Vice President of Decision Services & Integrations at Steward Health Care, focusing on clinical data integration. Earlier in Michael's career at GE Capital, contributions spanned technology and analytics leadership roles that supported significant asset growth and regulatory compliance. Michael earned a B.S. in Management Science & Information Systems from Penn State University.
