Michaela McMenamin

Michaela McMenamin is an Account Executive in the HR Practice for Large Enterprises at Gartner, with a career spanning several roles in customer success and account management. Prior to Gartner, Michaela held various positions at Outreach, including Senior Client Account Executive for Enterprise and Senior Customer Success Manager across multiple segments. At Allstate, Michaela served as HR Senior Program Manager for Enterprise Learning & Development, where responsibilities included managing enterprise-wide HR learning software adoption and cross-functional project teams. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and Customer Experience Consultant at Allstate and an internship at CBS News. Michaela holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art of Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and studied Food Systems and Sustainability in Rome, Italy.
