Michele McCracken

Michele McCracken is currently a Senior Account Executive in the HR Practice at Gartner, where they serve as a strategic partner to beauty brands, suppliers, and retailers by providing forward-looking insights to help drive business growth. Previously, Michele held various roles at Mintel, including Sales Enablement Programme Lead for EMEA and multiple positions in business development focused on the beauty and personal care sector. They began their career as a Student Assistant at the University of Iowa Athletic Communications, where they managed public relations and social media marketing efforts. Michele earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
