Mike Gilpin

Mike Gilpin is a Managing VP at Gartner, where they manage a team of analysts focused on Applications and Software Engineering Strategy and Practices. Prior to this role, Mike held positions such as VP and Research Manager at Giga Information Group from 1997 to 2003, and Chief Customer Officer at DigitalML between 2013 and 2015. Mike also served as VP of Strategic Technology at Intersolv and spent many years at Forrester Research as VP and Research Director. They began their career as Head of the Software Group at LBMS and have a degree from Rice University, graduating in 1975.
