Previously, they served as Manager and Senior Manager of Analytics at Gartner, and as a Data Scientist at VNS Health, where they significantly improved patient identification rates and saved the company annually through enhanced analytical capabilities. Raymond's academic foundation includes a Master’s Degree in Applied Statistics from Fordham University, and they worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, where they delivered course content on Big Data Analytics and developed workshops on NLP.
