Rebecca Lesser

Rebecca Lesser is an accomplished Vice President, Ethics & Compliance Counsel with extensive experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles. They began their career representing clients in DOJ and SEC investigations and later transitioned to specialize in ethics and compliance, focusing on the development and enhancement of corporate programs. Previously, they held key positions at organizations such as Mastercard and Morgan Stanley, overseeing global compliance efforts and conducting internal investigations. Lesser holds a J.D. from New York Law School and a B.B.A. from The George Washington University.
