Katie White

Katie White is a Senior Director of Labor & Employment Counsel at RXO, a leading provider of asset-light transportation solutions, since November 2022. Prior to RXO, Katie served as Senior Director of Labor & Employment Counsel at XPO Logistics, Inc. from July 2021 to November 2022, and as Assistant General Counsel at Coach USA, Inc. between November 2016 and July 2021. Earlier experience includes a role in Employee Relations & Compliance at St. John's University and as an Associate at Epstein Becker & Green, PC, where representation of employers and municipalities in litigation involved employment, commercial, and constitutional law claims. Katie earned a Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University at Albany.
