Reinaldo Valdes is currently a Sr. Manager in Client Success at Gartner, leading IT client services in Latin America. With over ten years of customer success experience, Reinaldo has focused on developing service teams and forging advisory partnerships to enhance client retention and growth. Previously, Reinaldo held various roles at Gartner, consistently achieving high retention rates and mentoring new hires.
