Ross Cosner

Ross Cosner is a seasoned industry analyst currently serving as Vice President in the Gartner for Marketers practice, focusing on financial services since July 2018. Prior to this role, Ross held the position of Vice President of Digital Marketing at Mizuho Americas from February 2016 to June 2018, where expertise was applied in building digital marketing programs targeting corporate clients and institutional investors. Before Mizuho, Ross worked at Citi from June 2008 to February 2016, initially as Senior Vice President in Digital Global Public Affairs, leading digital channels for company-wide communication, and also served as Vice President for Digital Employee and Client Communications, enhancing grassroots collaboration. Earlier career experience includes a role as Systems Analyst at Virtusa from January 2006 to May 2008, providing IT advisory services. Ross holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics from Indiana University Bloomington.
