Tristan Iles is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology leadership and systems development across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director, Analyst at Gartner since November 2024, Tristan previously held senior technology roles at Bromford and TUI. Notable prior positions include IT Director at Stanley Black & Decker, where responsibilities included managing a £9 million annual modernization program at Honda of the UK Manufacturing. With a strong foundation in programming and team leadership, Tristan also contributed to significant projects at Endsleigh, Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, GTA, JHC LLP, and Skandia, starting from an analyst programmer role after completing a Bachelor of Science in Physics with Space Science from the University of Southampton in 2000.
