Orin Clay

Orin Clay has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Orin started their career in 1997 as Department Head - Combat Systems/Operations at US Navy- USS AEGIS Cruiser. From 2001 to 2009, they served in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer and later became a Staff Officer. In 2006, they joined the US Army as a Brigade Electronic Warfare Officer. In 2009, they worked as an Operations Research Analyst at US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). From 2010 to 2011, they were a Senior Defense C4I Analyst at Zel Technologies, LLC/ Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff (J6/J8 FSD). From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Manager, Program Management Support at WBB. In 2016, they became a Program Manager at STI Technologies, Inc. From 2017 to the present, they have been a Senior Program Manager/IT Acquisition Analyst at Garud Technology Services Inc. Orin currently holds the position of Managing Principal at JBOR Group, LLC since 2020.

Orin Clay has a diverse educational background. Orin obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a focus on Operations Analysis from the United States Naval Academy between the years 1985 and 1989. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from Troy University, which they completed between 1994 and 1996. Additionally, they expanded their knowledge in the field of Informations Systems Technology by earning a Master of Science degree from The George Washington University School of Business from 2002 to 2003.
