Ika Nurfitriani

Ika Nurfitriani currently serves in the Correspondent Team handling hard complaints at PT Bank Jago Tbk since August 2021. In addition, Ika has been a Flight Attendant with PT Lion Air since January 2014, holding the position of Senior Cabin Attendant. Prior experience includes working as a Quality Control professional at Badan Pertanahan Nasional - Kantor Pertanahan Kota Jakarta from June 2011 to January 2012. Ika holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies obtained from Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI'​ (2011 - 2016) as well as an Associate's degree in the same field from the same institution (June 2011 - August 2015).
