Rossana Serpe, Ph.D.

Rossana Serpe, Ph.D. has held various research positions since 2013. Rossana began as an Engineer in Biology and a PhD Fellow at CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique from 2013-2018. Rossana then became a Postdoctoral Researcher at Università degli Studi di Verona from 2018-2020. In 2020, they moved to Columbia University Irving Medical Center as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Garuda Therapeutics as a Principal Scientist and Post Doctoral Scientist.

Rossana Serpe, Ph.D. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Università degli Studi di Padova in 2011. Rossana then obtained a Master's degree in Molecular Biology from the same university in 2013. Following this, they completed an Erasmus intership in Chronobiology at The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) in 2018.
