Niken Esti has over two decades of experience in brand equity and marketing, currently serving as the Brand Equity Director for Gery and Chocolatos at PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk since March 2008. In this role, Niken drives brand growth by enhancing brand equity and leading cross-functional teams to deliver brand objectives. Previously, Niken held positions as Senior GM Marketing for Biscuit RTS and Dairy, and Head of Market Insight Division, where responsibilities included developing marketing strategies, managing budgets, and providing consumer insights. Prior experience includes working as Consumer Insight Manager at PT. Bintang Toedjoe and Head of Branding Analyst and Market Research at Makki Makki Strategic Branding Consultant. Niken completed education at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute in 2024 with a focus on brand growth and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Padjadjaran University.
