Novika Selvia

Novika Selvia is an experienced professional in international business operations, currently serving as the Head of International Operation at PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya, Tbk since May 2022. Previously, Novika held various key roles at PT Kino Indonesia Tbk, including Head of International Business, where responsibilities encompassed overall international business strategy and market expansion in East Asia, Singapore, and Myanmar. Novika's early career included significant positions in export operations at PT. Smart, Tbk and as an Account Officer at PT Bank Panin Tbk, where notable achievements included ranking first in the Account Officer Program Batch XVIII. Novika holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from BINUS University.
