Jacqueline Lejarzo began their work experience in 2003 as an English Instructor at Nova Group. In 2005, they transitioned to a role as a Direct Marketing Coordinator at Prospect Media Inc. where they managed client relationships and executed targeted distribution campaigns. Jacqueline then advanced to the position of Account Manager, Direct Marketing at Prospect Media Inc. and gained experience in targeting based on demographics, psychographics, and consumer behavior.
In 2012, Lejarzo joined Pareto Fundraising as an Account Manager, Direct Marketing & Fundraising. Here, they utilized their expertise in data-led fundraising and communications to help connect people who care with those in need in the community.
From 2013 to 2016, Lejarzo worked as a Direct Marketing Specialist at Starlight Children's Foundation Australia, where they focused on marketing initiatives for sick children.
Lejarzo's most recent work experience is at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, where they held multiple roles. Jacqueline started in 2016 as a Direct Marketing Manager and then transitioned to become a Fundraising Manager in 2017. In their current position as Data and Business Insights Manager, they are responsible for leading various fundraising and data-related initiatives to support Garvan's mission of harnessing genomic information for disease prevention and treatment.
Jacqueline Lejarzo completed their Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Marketing & International Business at the University of Manitoba in 2003.
