Vennila Mathivanan

Vennila Mathivanan has work experience in various research and teaching roles. They have worked as a Research Officer at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research since 2022. Previously, they worked at The Kirby Institute, UNSW Australia as a Research Officer from 2021 to 2022 and as a Research Assistant from 2020 to 2020. Prior to that, they had roles as a Lab Demonstrator at UNSW from 2017 to 2020 and as a Tutor at Nura Gili Indigenous Tuition Program (ITP) from 2017 to 2017.

Vennila Mathivanan completed their education in a chronological manner. Vennila began their educational journey at UNSW in 2013 and pursued a Bachelor of Medical Science degree, specializing in Microbiology and Immunology. Vennila dedicated their time to this program until 2016. Following this, Vennila pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree with a focus on Virology in the same institution in 2016. Vennila'shonors degree lasted for a year, concluding in 2016. Lastly, Vennila pursued their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree at UNSW from 2017 to 2020, specializing in Gene/Genetic Therapy.
