Meredith Whalen

Meredith Whalen is the Chief Research Officer at IDC. Meredith has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on research and analysis.

Before joining IDC, Meredith was an analyst at United Communications Group, where they led the development of research studies for IT professionals. Meredith has also written extensively on the impact of purchasing 3rd party technology, and upcoming technology changes.

Meredith Whalen has an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, as well as a B.A. in English from Wellesley College.

Meredith Whalen reports to Crawford Del Prete, President. Meredith Whalen works with Jonathan Share - SVP, Worldwide Custom Solutions, Bob Parker - SVP, WW Research, and Shunsuke Murahashi - Managing Director, IDC Japan.
