Jeff Sober

Jeff Sober currently serves as the Director of Water Services and Senior Vice President at Garver, where leadership encompasses the national water and wastewater practice while also contributing to the Board of Directors. Previously, Jeff held roles such as Texas and West Region Water Director, Vice President, and Texas Region Water Director, focusing on the expansion and successful delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across various states. Additionally, Jeff served as President of the Water Environment Association of Texas, advocating for water and wastewater professionals in the state. Prior experience includes project management at Carollo Engineers and operations consulting at Environmental Training, Inc. Jeff holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
