Marla Valentine currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at Garver, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Marla had a lengthy career at Dell Technologies, spanning from May 2006 to January 2022, where Marla excelled in various talent management and leadership development roles. Highlights include leading global talent programs, designing accelerated development initiatives, and enhancing university relations to foster effective hiring practices. Marla's foundational experience began at Cendant as a Training Manager, focusing on the development and coaching of training staff and creating impactful training materials. Marla holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University and pursued further education at the University of Oklahoma.
