Sudhir Adsul

Sudhir Adsul is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mechanical maintenance and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager of Maintenance at Garware Technical Fibres Limited since April 2022, Sudhir leads a team of 45, focusing on mechanical maintenance and capacity expansion projects while promoting safety and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Sudhir held positions at John Deere, Mahindra & Mahindra, Force Motors Ltd, and Exide Industries Limited, demonstrating a strong background in CNC machinery, maintenance management systems, and continuous improvement practices such as TPM and Lean. Sudhir holds a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Maharashtra University.
