Phil Englander is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the automotive, insurance, and law enforcement sectors. Currently serving as the Fleet Manager/Transportation Specialist at Gary Crossley Ford since April 2024, Phil previously held multiple leadership roles at Hart Nissan, including Chief Technology Officer and Sales Director. Additionally, Phil has contributed to the Professional Insurance Agents of Tennessee and Hanover Chamber of Commerce as a board member. A former Reserve Deputy Sheriff for both the Hanover County Sheriff's Office and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, Phil has also owned and operated State Farm and worked as a Managing Agent for Hart Insurance and Financial Services, LLC. Phil Englander completed education at Moorpark College and Royal and El Camino High Schools.
