Josie Trimnal is an experienced professional with a robust background in quality assurance, family engagement, and training across various organizations. Currently serving as the Snowball Express Family Engagement Senior Coordinator at the Gary Sinise Foundation since October 2022, Josie previously held multiple roles at Grand Canyon University from 2009 to 2022, including Quality Assurance System Administrator and Quality Assurance Specialist II. In these positions, Josie demonstrated expertise in quality management, database administration, and employee training. Prior experience includes instructing new hires at USAA and serving as a Corporate Trainer at Applebee's. Josie holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor's degree in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Arizona State University.
