John Carroll

John Carroll, Ph.D., P. Eng., has more than thirty years of experience in the areas of thermodynamics, phase equilibria, physical property calculations and is acutely familiar with acid gas systems and natural gas hydrates. He provides Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. (GLE) with a leading edge theoretical understanding of the key processes in gas processing.

He has authored or co-authored 50 papers in technical journals and has contributed to 60 conference presentations. He has taught courses at the University level and to practicing engineers in Canada and throughout the world. John has published “Natural Gas Hydrates: A Guide for Engineers” and “Acid Gas Injection and Carbon Dioxide Sequestration”.

He is the author of the renowned software AQUAlibrium that is widely accepted in industry as the best available for equilibria in acid gas water systems.
