Bill Porter

Bill Porter's work experience starts in 1999 as a Production/Traffic Assistant at N.W. Ayer & Partners, where they coordinated print production. From 2000 to 2012, they worked at Starcom, starting as a Media Operations Supervisor and later becoming an Operations Supervisor, Media Supervisor, and Media Planner. In 2012, they joined Carat USA | Redefining Media as an Associate Director of Operations and later became the Director of Operations (Global & US) from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as the Director of Operations, GM Europe at Carat. In 2018, they joined Carat USA as Director of Operations & Global Account Management, overseeing tracking and accountability of client savings. In 2021, they started working at GSTV as the Enterprise Application Director, before transitioning to Product Director and currently serving as Director, Product Management.

Bill Porter obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Wayne State University in 2007. Bill then pursued a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, which they completed from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, in August 2021, Bill obtained the certification of Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) from the Project Management Institute.
