Jacob Williams has a strong background in IT support, with experience in various roles. Jacob currently works as an IT Support Specialist at GSTV, where they started in September 2021. Prior to this, Jacob worked at Ford Motor Company as an IT Onboarding specialist from June 2021 to September 2021. Before that, they spent four years at The Suburban Collection, serving as the sole IT support technician for multiple locations. During this time, Jacob provided day-to-day IT support for the Troy, Ferndale, and Ford Sterling Heights stores.
Jacob Williams is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science at Kettering University since 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an IB Diploma from the International Academy of Macomb in 2016.
