Scott Pawloski began their work experience at Shadow Broadcasting as a Sales Planner in 1999. Scott then worked as an Account Executive at Infospace, where they sold display and search advertising for various properties. In 2000, they became a Sales Manager at AltaVista before transitioning to Yahoo! as a Director of Sales in 2001. From 2005 to 2014, Pawloski worked at Microsoft, first as a GM, Central U.S., Advertising and later as the head of sales efforts for Microsoft Advertising in the Central U.S. In 2014, they became the EVP, Chief Revenue Officer at RMG Networks before joining Global Eagle as the VP, Head of Global Advertising and Sponsorships in 2015. From 2016 to 2017, Pawloski served as the EVP, Head of Global Sales & Business Development at Pypestream. Scott then worked as the Head of Verticals, Sr. Director Sales at Quantcast from 2017 to 2018. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at GSTV, a data-driven national video network.

Scott Pawloski attended Central Michigan University from 1995 to 1999. Scott earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting & Cinematic Arts during their time at the university.
