Ken Pearl

Ken Pearl currently serves as the Managing Director of GCE Homecare and GasArc Group LTD at GCE Group since November 2021, and also holds the position of Managing Director at GASARC, an ESAB Group Company, since July 2020. In these roles, Ken Pearl is responsible for directing company operations and ensuring effective recruitment and development of staff. Prior to these positions, Ken Pearl was the Director of Engineering at GASARC and served as Integration Director at ESAB from August 2018 to July 2020, where responsibilities included working with senior management on integration planning, financial assessments, and strategic objectives related to global manufacturing.
