Michael Charlson

Michael Charlson is an experienced professional in urban planning and environmental science, currently serving as an Entitlements Specialist at GASKINS + LECRAW since October 2022. Previously, Michael held the position of Development Services Manager for the City of Brookhaven, Georgia, from July 2017 to August 2018, and worked with Fulton County Government for nearly two decades, fulfilling roles as Development Review Specialist and Environmental Planner. Earlier in Michael's career, a position as Environmental Enhancement Officer was held with the City of Atlanta from October 1996 to April 1998. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning with a focus on Environmental Science from Clemson University, alongside degrees in Biology and Marine Biology from Luther College and Northeastern University, respectively, and an earlier BA in Biology from The University of Kansas.
