Haruo Kikkawa

Haruo Kikkawa has extensive work experience in the engineering and energy industries. Haruo started their career at Advisian in 2007 as a Process Engineer, where they worked on various projects related to oil and gas, pipelines, carbon capture and storage, and power plants. Haruo then became a Senior Process Engineer, managing LNG import and regasification terminals, before being promoted to a Senior/Lead Process Engineer. In this role, they oversaw LNG floating solutions projects and large-scale town gas to natural gas conversions, and also managed client relationships.

In 2016, Kikkawa joined GasLog Ltd. as a Process Design Manager, responsible for the strategic initiatives and safety design of floating solutions projects. Haruo later became a Project Development Manager, handling project origination and development, as well as investment reviews and due diligence. Currently, they serve as the Commercial Projects Lead at GasLog Ltd.

Haruo Kikkawa completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Chemical Engineering from The University of Queensland in 2006. Haruo then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Finance, General from the same university, graduating in 2008. Prior to their university education, they attended Brisbane Grammar School from 1998 to 2002.
