Christopher Swordy

Christopher Swordy is a seasoned commercial leader with extensive experience in the housing and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Lead (Special Projects) at Crest Nicholson plc since November 2021, Christopher previously held the position of Commercial Director at Legal & General Homes, where contributions focused on creating sustainable communities through high-quality housing. Additional roles include Commercial Director positions at Prime Place (Willmott Dixon Group), St James Homes (Berkeley Group), and A2Dominion Housing Group, as well as various managerial positions at Linden Homes/Galliford Try, Fairview Homes, Shanly Homes Ltd, Wilcon Homes (Southern) Ltd, and Banner Homes. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Westminster and a BTEC National Diploma in Construction from Buckinghamshire New University.
