Cadu's work experience begins with their current position at Gasmig as the Statutory Director of Administration, Finance & IR - CFO. In this role, they are responsible for preparing the company for an IPO, conducting financial operations, and managing administrative duties.

In 2022, they attended the KPMG Business School for a course in IPO - Abertura de Capital. Cadu received a CPA-20 certification in Finance from ANBIMA Certificação e Educação in 2005.
