Anne Louise also received the "SHL Competence Development" certification from SHL and the "Succession Planning Architect" and "Talking Talent Mgt." certifications from Korn/Ferry International powered by Lominger. In 2011, they obtained the "Extended Disc Competence Clarification" certification. Additionally, they received the "SHL Competence Testing (OPQ & Ability)" certification from CEB. In 2014, they obtained the "Sejlfører in Kjøbenhavns Amatør Sejlklub & Underviser på K.A.S. 8 ugers Introduktion program" certification from Dansk Sejlunion, and the "HR Business Partner" certification from CfL Center for Ledelse.
