Admir Veljacic is an experienced food and beverage professional with a robust history in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage and General Manager of Pink Elephant Restaurant at The Gasparilla Inn & Club since December 2021, Admir has previously held the role of Managing Partner and General Manager at Stonewood Grill & Tavern from November 2019 to December 2021.
