Matt Whan

Matt Whan has extensive work experience in operations management and continuous improvement. Matt began their career as a Production Supervisor at Parker Hannifin in 2002 and then worked as a Manufacturing Engineer at Undersea Sensor Systems and CFM Corporation. In 2007, they joined Getzler Henrich & Associates as an Associate Consultant, where they implemented Lean and Six Sigma programs and provided training and program development support. In 2010, they joined Gast Manufacturing and served as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, focusing on implementing organization-wide improvement initiatives. Matt also held the role of Operational Excellence and Skilled Trades Manager before transitioning to Gast Manufacturing/Jun-Air as an Operations Manager - Systems in 2013. In 2015, they became the Director of Operations at Gast Manufacturing before being promoted to VP Operations in 2017.

Matt Whan attended the Indiana Institute of Technology from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering.
