Matt Wells

Matt Wells is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in test engineering and project management within the aerospace and defense industries. Currently serving as the Test Engineering Manager at Gastops since March 2018, Matt leads a multidisciplinary team in the design verification and qualification of sensing and analysis systems. Prior to this role, Matt was a Project Engineer at Sander Geophysics Ltd., focusing on the research and development of survey systems and the maintenance of airborne geophysical survey equipment. Matt's early career included positions as a Jr. Aeronautical Engineer at Carleton University, a research intern at the National Research Council Canada, and a certification intern with Transport Canada. Matt holds a Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.
