Luuk Feenstra

Luuk Feenstra has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Luuk began their career as a Consultant at Ordina and later served as a Consultant Strategy Support Group and Commercial Services Manager at HEINEKEN. Luuk then worked as a Manager Finance at AkzoNobel before assuming roles as a Board Member at VluchtelingenWerk Noord-Nederland and Vereniging Jenaplanonderwijs Noord. Luuk later joined Gasunie, where they held several positions including Managing Director, Manager Economics and Financial Strategy, Managing Director of Gasunie Waterstof Services, and Business Development Manager for Hydrogen and Offshore Energy Hubs. Luuk also served as the Commercial Director at Gasunie and played a crucial role in coordinating the roll-out of North Sea Wind Power Hubs. Throughout their career, Luuk has demonstrated expertise in energy systems, finance, strategy, and commercial operations.

Luuk Feenstra has a diverse education history. In 1992, they started their academic journey at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Finance, General. Luuk successfully completed their studies in 1997.

After a break in their education, Luuk Feenstra returned to school in 2000 at Nyenrode Business University. Luuk dedicated five years to obtaining a degree in Controlling, specifically a certification known as RC.
