Tanya Cox has over two decades of experience in customer service management, currently serving as Senior Vice President of the Customer Service Center at Gate City Bank since December 2003. In this role, Tanya continues to enhance the Quality Assurance program developed in 2016 and provides guidance and support to supervisors, training teams, and lending specialists. Prior to this, Tanya held various positions at Gate City Bank, including Vice President and Assistant Vice President, where responsibilities involved coaching staff and implementing quality initiatives. Tanya's career began in the beauty industry at Hair Company as a Supervisor and Salon Manager from 1994 to 2003. Tanya is an alumna of Minot State University, having studied from 1991 to 1993.
